This is not an original recipe. It’s from the fabulous Danielle Walker of Against All Grain. These are so delicious that even my toddler will eat them!
Side note: I added 1 cup chopped walnuts, 1 1/2 T coconut flour and 1 tsp. vanilla. I prefer to make mine as muffins and I’ve found the silicone muffin pans work best!
