  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour and salt.
  3. Stir together the liquid ingredients in a separate small bowl and then add them to the almond flour.
  4. Combine. You’ll likely need to use your hands for this part! If the dough seems too dry feel free to add in more coconut oil.
  5. After the dough is well combined, use your hands to roll it into 1-1 1/2 inch balls. (Great step for your kids to help with!)
  6. Place dough balls on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  7. Place baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

I use Enjoy Life chocolate chips because they are allergen free. You can use mini chocolate chips, larger dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs. Fair warning, your toddler may not like them made with cacao nibs as they are fairly bitter.
