I’m almost embarrassed to post this as a recipe because it’s TOO easy. My daughter is absolutely crazy about these popsicles so I went for it anyway.
When I’m in the grocery store I look for the coconut water with the least amount of added sugar. This coconut water also has peach and mango puree added in. I fill the mold until there is about an inch of empty space. Afterward, I add in any fruit that I have on hand. I’ve done both blueberries and strawberries. This time I only had frozen blueberries from The Blueberry Ranch. I pop on the lid and then let them freeze overnight.
