There are several versions of cookie dough desserts going around the internet so I thought I would share mine :). My toddler absolutely loves these things and asks for them constantly. In that sense, they can be both a blessing and a curse :).
She loves to help me make them and I can let her have a few without cringing. Keep in mind, these are still a “treat”. Just because they are made with healthier ingredients, does not mean you should eat them all in one sitting. They do, however, contain a dose of healthy fats, protein, fiber and calcium.
These bad boys are great for kids or adults with allergies or food restrictions. They are grain-free, dairy-free and egg-free.
