These mini pizzas are healthy and very easy to make. It took me probably 10 minutes to pop these in the oven–and that was with a 2 year old helping! They only need 10 minutes to bake and then, voila, dinner/lunch/breakfast is served!
One caveat–to make these healthy, you have to use healthy ingredients.
I use Ezekiel sprouted grain english muffins, organic Muir Glen pizza sauce, organic cheese and veggies.
I also love to make these with ham and pineapple!
