Who doesn’t love a good egg salad? I like to spread mine on toasted sprouted grain bread OR use it as a dip for Simple Mills crackers.
I try to use organic hard boiled eggs, Primal Kitchen Mayo and Organic dill relish. I don’t use organic ingredients because it’s “in” nowadays, I truly believe in the benefits of eating real food that’s not laden with chemicals.
Most non-organic relish has artificial food coloring which is linked to cancer, ADHD, rashes, asthma and tumors,. Conventional mayo has high fructose corn syrup which is linked to heart disease and obesity.
